CFWE Releases New Headwaters Issue

True-to-form, the Colorado Foundation for Water Education (CFWE) recently released their superbly-done spring 2009 issue of Headwaters Magazine. The issue, entitled Water Supply Future, explores current statewide water planning efforts.
