The Arkansas
River reached its low summer flow at about 235 cubic feet per second
late Friday at the Wellsville gauge - the lowest since March. "We
haven't had a lot of precipitation in the last 60 days," Terry Scanga,
Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District general manager, said last
week.
