June 21, 2008--State engineer appoints ag water committee (Pueblo Chieftain)
A committee has been appointed to look at potential changes in consumptive use caused by efficiency improvements to surface water irrigation in the Arkansas Valley. State Engineer Dick Wolfe announced the appointments Friday.
